1- What is this structure underneath called?

2- How do I draw it (I tried drawing it with T steel and then cutting the sides? Is there help or outside sources that don't make it structural?)

2-كيف يمكنني رسمه (لقد حاولت رسمه ب steel T ثم قمت بتقطيع الجوانب ؟ هل من مساعدة او وصادر خارجية لاتغلم structural )

2- Comment le dessiner (j'ai essayé de le dessiner avec de l'acier en T puis de couper les côtés ? Y a-t-il de l'aide ou des sources extérieures qui ne le rendent pas structurel ?)
