Save Values Button not Available

Hello Guys,

When i launch connection vault and pick and edit a connection, i seem not to see SAVE VALUES button in library dialog box to save the connection for future use. Can i get get any help to get through this?

We used to have this feature in Advance steel 2015, now I'm using AS 2021.

Button "Import values"
