Round profile user sections do not miter properly

I have a curious problem with AS18 I discovered today.

I've created some smaller round tube profiles for use on handrails as user sections.  I tried to miter some of those and the miter will not extend past the endpoint of system line, leaving an open gap on the outide corner of the connection.  To make this worse, when I change the section to something other than a round shape, then the miter works correctly.  I've never had an issue with miters before now, I have no idea what changed that it no longer works as it should.

And no, these 2 parts do not have any other beam shortening features on them.

Hi!
First of all try to change the system line location by changing the position of system line in properties of that profile.
If this doesn't work out just tell me what profile you created by user section and how frequently you are going to use that profile.
And also provide an image of the issue.
