Problem with BOM on drawings

Hi!

I have a strange problem with BOM. For some reason it is not working in the drawings at all. If BOM table is in the template file under Prototypes foler then after generating drawing the drawing goes to "unknown" and is completly blank with only title panel:

Only way to get a real drawing is to delete the BOM list from Prototype template and then it works and I get a drawing. 

If I try to add BOM to a generated drawing then basically same thing happens. After choosing the BOM list template which it should add to drawing whole drawing entities dissapear. 

I have tried reinstalling several times now with cleaning up all the uninstall leftovers. Tested with different Prototype templates. 

I do not have any ideas what to try anymore.

sounds like a problem with your bom file...do you change anything in it?

No... I made a clean install and it did not solve the problem.

clean install will not mean, you have no customer templates =). Do you delete the AS folder of Programmdata? 
What process do you use, which template, which version, which installed language?
Maybe you could upload your model?

Yes. I deleted all of Advance Steel folders also after uninstalling. 

I am using selected assmeblies on per sheet:

2022 version of Advance Steel, installed language is English and using international profile. 

I added the model file also. It's a very simple model and it's my first time using the program. 🙂

I tried it on a differenct computer now and there it works.

so if it's working on another computer, please try to copy the INT folder from one to another, I would suggest to delete all *.ldf files (log files for the SQL Server).

Nope. It did not help either. Maybe it is some SQL related problem?

should not, because the bom list are not related to sql.
But maybe you have a look for the j"reading/ write" permissions of the folder? A good test is always to save the project in the "documents" folder of the windows userprofile. In this area the users have always full permissions.

I also am having this problem.  no particular reason that i can think of as to why it just started to happen all of a sudden.  the BOM .dwg template file does not populate on the Detail Dwg?  but only a specific DETAIL .dwg file. 

If I create a new DETAIL .dwg file the, BOM .dwg template populates properly.  I have tried various procedures, deleting, re-mapping, all kinds of stuff.  For some reason the one specific Detail .dwg file will not map / populate ANY BOM .dwg file.
