Platform plate connection

Hi guys, 

I would like to put the plate inside the column in vertical as is shown in the  small window . Somebody  would know how to do it? I did not find the option.

May be I am making a mistake when I select the option for this element. Because the vertical beam is a column and that option is for horizontal beams....for plattform....Would it be posible? Which option would you use for my example?

In the connection you have a tickbox for "In between flanges" see attahced screenshot.
