My Purlin plate connections are not working

I am having trouble to use the connection vault to the purlin plate, it send ths error:"Template values not found. Take defaults of the connection. Entry for this profile cross section not found in table." Thanks for the help

What type of sections are you trying to add the purlin plate too? Usually this error comes from the incorrect beam type

Im using C section for the purlin and w Section for the beam. I chaned the sections n times and nothign happened, but thanks for the advice

I had similar problem with the connection "Vetical purlin plate"

The image below shows the problem

but i heve no idea of an answer
