Hmm first thought: maybe a weld symbol?
You could create a new weld type in the databases and call it "moment weld".
After this you could open the weldtemplate.dwg and create the symbols you want.
If you now use this weld type in your model, you use this for showing it in GA drawing

the problem is, without customizing there's only a "weld on" or "weld off", so maybe not the best idea.
But with filter or third party tools it's possible
