Model Status By Color

Hi all.

Is there a way to color-code each assembly in the model in a way that indicates drawing status?

For example red means no detail drawing, yellow means detail drawing exists but needs update, green means detail drawing is up to date.

I know Tekla has that type of functionality and I was wondering if it exists in Advance. Any thoughts??

Maybe create some custom approval status in Managerment tools > Object Property Editor then use the search filter to change these based on approval status

Hi Joanthan. I am aware of that particular functionality. Now with 2017 it's even better with custom approval statuses available.

However it's still a manual process, ie. it's me telling Advance what the status is, not the other way around.

I was hoping for something that would give me a visual indication 'at a glance'.

Oh well, maybe it's one for the wish-list ..
