manually adjust the window area

please refer the below image . in tekla we can  adjust the window area manually by drag,,,in advance steel how to adjsut the green box directly in the drawing

Hello, how did you create the view? camera, cut according to a selection? you can manage the X and Y size of the view but it is relative to the center of the window (box).
I prefer to use the camera, easily renameable, object selection, ...
