Hi,
I think this is a good platform for me to ask my query. I'm Paul and I have recently started business in Toronto. We are manufacturing bags for different purposes. I have a co-partner (Michael). We are planning to construct an office building and also a building to store the bags. We are planning to start the construction by the end of December. We just checked the climate and the conditions in Toronto. But we doubt whether we can have a steel building for the storage of the bags. We indeed are searching for some quality steels which needs less maintenance. Can anyone suggest any good quality steel? Preferably we will go for a size of 38X48X10. Estimated costs is affordable with the current calculation. If the things come good, we will construct the office near St.Lawrence market. We are searching for some good steel constructors as well. Discussions and searching are in progress. Need expert suggestions and guidance from the people who hold much experience. We feel it to be good to construct both the buildings closeby. We have confirmed the structure when we saw some pictures of the steel buildings. I will provide the details and the attachments here. So that, you can refer and comment the pros and cons of it. I think even the maintenance cost is much less. Not sure though. Need your valid suggestions. The pics we were attracted to are:http://norsteelbuildings.ca/gallery/. Is it worth trying? How is the structural model?
If any of the experts here have any other valid comments or tips to add, they are most welcome. Hoping for the best. Can't wait to see the new building. By 2017, we ought to finish the work and inaugurate. Because we have already booked for the bags for the next year.
If any security measures have to be taken, we need to plan it out.
Thanks in advance
