Incorrect labels on GA drawing

When I do a numbering on my steel frame structure, the part marks are showing as "NONE1", "NONE2" etc..

And on the GA drawing, wher I would like to have the member description (e.g. RHS50x3), all I am getting is "3x NONE2", "2x NONE3" ETC. How can I correct the label settings?

You need to have a model role set, most of the time this is set for you in the macros.

The label is a token.

Sorry - how do you access those settings?

In the model you can right click the item and advance properties or double click the item.

In the drawing its pretty much the same, jsut a few different options when right clicking.

How did you get the "Advance Steel - Labels and Symbols" dialog box?

Thank you - how can I avoid doing one at a time?

You can select as many labels as you like but keep them similar, so don't have a mixture of beams and bolts.

If you do select multiple labels the text box will appear blank if they are different section sizes but the part name token will add the correct section size for however many labels you edit.
