How do you create the plates?
If I use the control command for the difference between two object, I get the information: Difference in geometry. If I create singlepart details of the plates, all look the same, but the round contour is one time dimensioned and one time not (I move the details to overlay them):

So by zooming to the contour in the detail, it looks, like the contour is maybe copy from one to the other plate but the UCS was maybe a little bit rotated by doing this?

Hello Sebastian,

I do not now exactly how I create these plate but I have two scenarios:

1.) I have once create plate and then I mirror her to another position.
2.) I have create once plate with all contures and then I copy these contures to another plate (with mirror or just copy with advance copy option.

Hi,

I also had a look at your plates. Copying them or mirroring them result in identical plates. So the process of copying the features has to be the reason as Sebastian already asumed. I also looked at the features of the plates. My advice is to find simpler ways to create the plates. Start with a polyplate whose contour is close to what you need and then use necessary notches. Each of your plates has 44 features....most of them are just erasers for leftover plate parts....
