How to extend the leader line on labels

I have  a question, how do I extend the leader line, my labels are coming in right next to my parts on my drawings. I have attached a couple images to show what I mean, the labels currently come out as the "Close" attachment and I want the labels to come out as the "Further" attachment. I am currently using A.S. 2016 for this question.

try that page,  basically it is under the label arrangement , there are opitions to control the position. 

Look at some of the other rules created first you may find one that helps.

Think there are some other check box’s to align with beam, or tag to left end, right end.
