How to cut a tubular to size around another tubular

I want to have two tubulars intersecting perfectly, is there a command for this?

I know you can explode and turn these into 3d shapes, then subtract, but I need the specialist sections to remain.

you need to user the Features palette,    

element contour,   there are two types shown.

Thanks for the reply but that has only given me a squared off cut to the edge of the tube, unless I am using the tool wrong?

using contour shape: Standard

check this tool also,  make it is set to exact.

if in Element contour rule then check the controur setting, make sure it is set to exact.

Bit odd but mine forms completely around it when the contour shape setting is set to 'Standard', I would have expected it to work as you have it in your screenshot.
