How to control direction while create circular handrail

Hi there!

Wish all the best to all of you.

Any body, please guide me to solve my trouble about circular handrail in advance steel?

Please refer to the attached picture, the yellow color is which advance steel created, but I want the handrail with Red color.

I tried more and more, including change the start point but nothing is happen.

To create a curved beam, pick the start point, then end point, then a point on the circle (to the side that you want).

Even after creation, you can use the grip (at 1/3 point on the member) to drag it the "other way".

If the arc is less than 180 deg it will stay that way when changing the radius, and if greater than 180 deg, it will stay that way when changing the radius.

Thanks for your reply. About the curve beam, that OK to me. I have only trouble with handrail in curve beam. Can you help me to get the result!

u first need to make the curved beam as shown above

then select the rail macro 

select beam , enter

select start point  on beam , enter

select end point on beam , enter

 

if u are not making a curved beam for it to go on then change the behaviour setting of the beam in advance properties
