hole orientation different but same number

Hi everyone,

i've noticed a probelm with hole on folded plate see below:02.06.17 -reperage oblong.PNG

In the left:

bad direction for hole (not perpendicular with plate) Diameter Ø14 and oblong hole (sorry didn't find the english equivalent)

in the right:

Good orientation for hole (perpendicular).

AFTER numbering:

The 3 parts have the same assembly number (57 in my model) but they are different in real.

Is it a bug ? or maybe i have to reduce my tolerancies ? (0.6 in MT)

If you change the 'tolerance for identical parts' in MT it will give separate numbers. I changed to 0.1 and it gives 3 separate numbers.

Hi,

I've recreated another drawing with folded plate (identical dimensions, bolt in middle of flange)

And i've done a classic autocad rotate command, rotate by 20° and made a numbering. (Tolerance 0.6)

-> it gave me identical parts.

i've changed in the MT the tolerance to 0.2, renumbered the model

-> it gave me 2 parts

So it comes from the numbering tolerance, but 0.2 is a quite to much i think.

Thanks Jonathan.

PS: i've attached the second model.
