Help identifying a dimension grip.

Is there a way to identify what grips a automatically generated dimension is snapping to?

I have attached a model of a simple launder box and the assembly drawing generated using the out of the box US drawing process suite: All SP / All MP.

In all 3 sections, there is an 1/8" dimension on the right side of the section.  I can't figure out what grip the 1/8: dimensions are being derived from.  How is the left side of each plate dimensioned correctly (or at least how I anticipate it should be) and the right going to a different grip when the two side plates are exactly the same?

Hi Daniel,

Please dig in the Detail Styles used.

It is most probable that in "Section" view type the reference the center point is defined.

Make it more "Extreme" type instead.
