Hi,
There should be no problem getting a railing assembly drawing. You need to give us more information. Otherwise, it is like saying "My car broke down last week, what's wrong with it?" How are we supposed to know without some clues?
My only guess at this point is, have you numbered your assemblies. That is, in the NUmbering dialog have you ticked Process Assemblies.
