Grating Connectors

What is the point of having lines in the grating dialog box that deals with connectors if they can't be put on a list or BOM? 

Is there an explanation somewhere how to make this work? Saying the connector is 'from database' does nothing different than saying it is 'variable. 

I need a quantity to be seen on drawings in the BOM, and also in the lists.

Hi @dcubbedge ,

search in your BOM editor for Grating BOM and you will see, it's possible. Look in the settings for Report-Content for possible tokens:

Hi,

At first I thought I had found the solution here. But it doesn't work for me. Either I'm using the wrong template or I can't find the right settings. I have checked connectors and gratings in the report contents. But the connectors are not displayed in the list. I have no idea what I need to do.

in the first rwo, you will see the quantity of the grating itself. If you want to see the quantity of the gratingconnectors, you need to add a field for this. 
So copy a field place it where you want to have it and change the field content to token as shown in the post

I created an assembly list for gratings. The only missing is the total amount of the connectors. I can't find a way to integrate this.
