GA Drawing tutorial

Hello, im new to the program and i could use some help. I'd like to create a GA drawing that includes a table listing the materials used and their part numbers, and also shows on the drawing which part number corresponds to each component. i can generate the listing but i dont know how to make it visible on the final drawing
