Formula's in BOM Drawing templates

I am trying to use a formula’s in a Custom BOM Template on my assembly drawings to calculate the volume of a concrete wall panel.

The following formula works except it doesn’t take into account any features (windows) to calculate the volume.

%Formula:%Weight/2.45      (2.45 being the density of concrete)

I replaced the %Weight token with the following token

%AssemblyExactWeight

And I get a “0” value displaying in the BOM template.

I have also tried the following %Formula:%Area*%Thick  but this also ignores any subtracted features.

Any ideas?

in AS21 it's a bug.
