Folded plate

Is anybody who knows the easiset solution to create folded plate that has U shape ( plate bent 180 degrees) ? 

something like the one in the picture

Hi,

I would use the Folded Beam tool from the Home ribbon. Draw the outline of the plate with a poly line. Select the Folded Beam tool - Select Poly line - Select the central point for the system axis (system line) - Select start point - Select end point Hey presto!!
