When I export a drawing Style from one working environment lets say "UK" and import it into another "USA" the drawing style does not work the same as it works in the parent working environment. Why?

Drawing styles are based on model objects, model roles, name for mainpart and so on. This is different in the installations.

For example:

I create a detail style for the model object beam with the role 'column'.

In the German version beam=Träger and column=Stütze...so I create a detail style for Träger with the role Stütze, both are not existing in the UK installation. Sometimes this is working if the installation is both english and the modelobjects and modelrole have the same naming.

But if you create new object and new roles, this is not existing in the other version, so it's often easier to change maybe the whole astotaddin, here all informations are set
