DXF output is incorrect

Hey there. 

I am getting results like this from dxf export. Is there a better way to generate CNC files?

If they are through the edge of the plate probably better to add the slots as a polygon contour.

The features are generated from holes. I was hoping to avoid extra work to get a correct cutting file.

Thanks, but it's still an extra step for every plate, and I lose any connection to my bolted connection.

Use this button to add one part (or more) to an assembly. next to it is to remove it (it avoids removing :))

Oh yeah, I am already using that one. that is apparently what's causing the trouble.

Hi @yannickMBA7N 

Advance Steel will output whatever you model so from you screenshots the slots are outside of the object in the model and thats how they are showing in the DXF as they are created on the Holes layer

There are 2 ways to get what you want

1. As mentioned in previous replies create the shapes you want using the polygon contour

2. You could open then DXF and trim / remove the bits you dont want
