drawing style arranged for Metal structure

Hello,
Anyone have some drawing style already arranged for workshop assembly?

My drawings have to always arrange them, or the drawings goes out of the sheet, and also there are many unnecessary measures.

Surely a lot of people are going through these difficulties, and there may be someone who already has the drawing style for workshop assembly drawings that work well and could make them available.

Thanks

The question is: what are you using now...maybe we could advise another one.

If someone creates his one detailstyle this is much work or they pay alot money and so I think the most will not upload their detailstyles.

Regards Sebastian

I use for the designs in workshop these two:
- Beam - front, top, bottom 1:10 CX
- General Assembly NesView 1:10 CX

And I know they give to be formatted, to put the necessary information for metal structure, European method.
I am a metal structures preparer in Portugal.
And I needed to test some drawing style, which would only provide the necessary information

Necessary information is a very personal feeling 😁

But maybe you upload a pic what is your wanted result.

I really need this, because I spend a lot of time arranging drawings and not formatting drawing styles.

Along with some examples of beams and pillars

Usually the drawings look like this, with many dimensions repeated.
Just put the measurements on one side

What is your installed version, then I could have a look on monday.

I think the easiest way for now should be to use an assembly detail style select one dimension+right mouse click ''select similar'+ delete. Then create the dimension as new.

What you want is not difficult to set in the detail styles. Maybe you have a look in a few YouTube vids. Here is another thread from today, where you find the link.

I thought I would work out a drawing style as I had mentioned ...

Or it could be some that you use, for Metallic structures.

I wanted it to look like the drawings I sent

Many people here in the forum, must work on metal structures and should have the same problem as me.
The method of dimensioning and representation of the leaf designs is fundamental, for a faster manufacture.
I'm wasting a lot of time getting the manufacturing drawings.
Surely someone already has the drawing styles minimally arranged, so that the assembly drawings in the factory go out minimally well

if you need drawing style for you whishes, you had to create it by your own.
I'm not sharing drawing styles and I think in this forum no one will do it, because it took many time to create it.
But there a few videos on youtube, for example this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcMOMbjbOu8
To change the dimension top be place on one side, you only had to change the setting local above to local below for example

I know it's hard to get, so that's why I'm asking if anyone can help me.
If I knew, I did not mind sharing my drawing styles, that's what the forum is for, to help those who need it.

Nobody gets anything from saving information ...
