Drawing Revision Index

I was wondering that if is there any easy way to create the drawing register/ revision index with advance steel or not?

Please don't misunderstand me, but Advance Steel has an online help. If you have a look for Revision, you will find many information about it. You could create rev index in the document manager and then the changed objects will get a rev.cloud and the rev.index table will be created. 

In Advance Steel you could also create an external drawing list with information about the revision index

Yes i do know about document manager and setting up the revision in that which will reflate the revision accordingly in 2d shop drawing. 

But what we been asked by  client is to give them the drawing index which saw the revision and date that it get revised.

What version do you have installed? If you open the bom list palette, there should be a category for drawing lists. If you want to have a look like your picture, you had to copy an existing template and change it as you want to have it.
