Document Manager - can't assign new drawing number; the drawing number already exists

Greetings experts,

I have trouble adding new numbers to generated drawings. How the hell is not possible for the first drawing to use number 1 when I didn't use it in the current model (scrnshot 1 and 2)? This also applies to other drawings, where I can't use numbers 1 to 6, only from 7 and above are free to apply. Is it possible it is related to another dwg model which was first numbered from 1 to 6 (scrnshot 3)? Don't have any rational explanation.

Any suggestions?

Wrong number (scrnshot 1)

The number I need (scrnshot 2)

Another dwg model which was first numbered correctly (scrnshot 3)

There's a difference between filename and drawing number.
If you create a detail drawing, there's an internal counter which define the file itself. This internal drawingnumber could only be changed by the contextmenu in the document manager
