we would like to have our diagonal bracing assembly/part drawings shown and dimensioned at the angle they will be installed/fabricated with the end points of the system line as the end points of the dimensions. I know I can change the CS to get it to show at the angle it will be at but is there a way to make the angle bracing and tube bracing drawing styles to start with this automatically?

This can be done if you assign detailing direction per UCS or just copy and modify an existing dwg style to be per UCS.
Add two dimension requests, one along X, one along Y.

Thank you, that helped so much. I got the view like I need it now I just need the slope triangle dimension for the main part. I don't know what I need to set it as for the triangle to show up for the system line as it was on the original example.
Also, is there a way to have the drawing clip in the direction of the main part or is it restricted to x and y? When it clips in the x direction this is what happens.
I can live with no clipping at all if it is not possible but thought I'd ask.
For the clipping along MP - this is not possible, clipping has to be along X and Y, so clipping has to be turned off from the dwg style-Detail View Properties:
For the slope triangle-I have to work on this later,

There is another method that can be used to add additional details onto drawings. It doesn't take too long once you have got the hang of it. A lot easier than having to change UCS view direction for every brace.
Example below shows this method used for a Kingspan eaves strut. The detail in the bottom left is the standard part drawing produced by advance steel, the view at the top is taken from a camera in AS.
