Delete bend in folded plate

In previous versions of AS I was able to delete the bend only. I have the latest 2018 and it's deleting the entire part when I try to only delete the bend. Is there a setting somewhere that changes this behavior?

Thanks

Mark

Accepted solution

Change the visual style to wireframe and select the fold line and right click. Then select the 'Delete folded plate relation' to remove only that selected fold.

Is there any other way to do this? As I don't use the shortcut menu at all. So I would have to go into options and change my right click setting each time I needed to modify a break.

Hi,

add this line to the end of your .pgp file:

DF, *AstM18CommBreakFoldedPlateAtRelations

It will create a custom short command, you can change the alias ´DF´ if you want.

Then basically you can select the fold that you want to delete and apply this command.

Hope this helps!
