Custom connection issue

Hello, I've created a custom connection using 3D solid special part but when I try to place it to a beam end, It doesn't sit at the end. I've attached images and the two connection files I created for top and bottom beam scenarios.

Hello, I've created a custom connection using 3D solid special part but when I try to place it to a beam end, It doesn't sit at the end. I've attached images and the two connection files I created for top and bottom beam scenarios.

I made changes in the connection, instead of using 1 beam at end, I chose 1 beam and point and chose the end point where the prop and bolt will attach at that set distance. Working so far.
