CROSS BRACING TUBE CONNECTION PLATE

Hi, I have cross bracing that;s made from CHS. Is there a macro that I'm missing to add  a bracing plate cross or do I need to make a custom connection.

If someone could please show me in some sort off direction that could help me.

I have attached a screen shot of my model, and a picture of the sort of connection I want to add.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this connection is for angles.

I want to use circular hollow sections, which changes the connection because it needs a sandwich plate (this is what it’s called in AS tube connections). And I also don’t see a four diagonals gusset plate under the tube connections.

I made a quick 3D model of what the connection should look like in attached picture.

Hi,

No, you will need AS2020 to open the file.

Why don't you use AS2020-it is stable, with added functionality.

But anyway, it is a few minutes of work to make the connection.

I made this connection manually and added it as a custom connection.
