Hey, I currently ran into an issue I have never noted before. We are using a countersunk hole with an angle of 180° for cylinder head screws eg. ISO4762. When inspecting the hole, I noticed the angle is not quite 180°. As seen in the attached screenshot. On a small countersunk hole, this is not really notable. On big once, this gets really notable.
Are we doing something wrong? Is this a known problem? Are there solutions?
