Copying created section from work AS2018 to home use AS2018

Could someone please give me direction on best way to get a section i created in my AS2018 workstation to my home use AS2018.

Hi, Haven't used it myself but doesn't 2018 have a new feature "Store used data" under tools that should do the trick.
