Collision check volume unit change

Can someone tell me how to change the collision check volume unit setting. Mine is set to m cubed and I want to be able to change it to mm cubed.

type the command "_AstM4CommProjectData", select "volume unit".

The ribbon button for this command is in "Start", "Setting" , near the button for "Management tools"
