In every project there are assemblies where everything is the same except let's say one plate or it is just a mirror. When I started to use AS I did not even imagine that this software will not have an important ability like that, I was so wrong. Before AS I have worked in plan autocad and to be honest mirror of a drawing was easy to do. Yesterday I was creating drawings of similiar trusses for hours and I got mad, literraly. I ended up exploding one drawing and adding simple changes manually. It was way faster than creating drawing from scratch. Is it really what we have to do all the time in "3d modelling software"? Lately roadmap was published for future realeses of AS and I couldn't even find a thing about cloning. I feel like autodesk just tells us stuff we want to hear when something is needed and then they wait untill post dies or is forgotten. I'm really sorry if I offended anybody but I needed to post this. Somebody once said time is money. We're waisting a lot of it right now.
