I have a circle folded plate saved as an 3D AutoCAD object (that exported from the Inventor).
I tried creating it by using Advance Steel (create folded plate function), but failed.
My final purpose is a flattened plate exported from the folded plate.
I have only been using Advance Steel for a few years and my English is not good.
I posted the AutoCAD file here, could some one please hepl me.
I really appreciate and thank you for your help.

can you use this object as special part in Advance Steel (will be produced according to the model / drawing from Inventor)?

If not, you have several options, with a rather complicated path to the result. However, do not expect the same quality of the result, this cannot be achieved in Advance Steel.
One of the possibilities:
If you can export a 2D sketch for this object from Inventor incl. bend lines (polylines or other flat objects), import it, create a 2D polyline from the contour (if it isn't already) and then simply use it as a base for the polygon plate :

Example:

For the bends, you need the bend lines (red color) - help them divide the sheet into the necessary segments (here separated by color) :

Now create the bends (settings for angle and radius see inventor) in a logical sequence so that the bends can form :

1. bend
2. bend
3. bend
4. bend
