Can't add new profile to table editor / management tools

Hi,  I'm having a bit of trouble adding a new section/profile into the table editor in the management tools database. 

When I paste the data into the bottom line and rename the standard name a red exclamation mark appears in the left column and won't save? Has the table run out of lines? There is no option for adding another row?

I'm not sure if its related, but I had a training session where the client couldn't add some profiles because they didn't have read+write access to certain folders. Are you an admin of that machine?

Hi @aaronCTEHV 

To add onto what @Tomislav.Golubovic has said, if you are looking at the permissions for Advance Steel, all the Users / Groups except for CREATOR OWNER need to have Full control and modify ticked as shown below
