So this is probably linked to a windows folder permission issue, Windows is not allowing Advance Steel top open the BOM and populate it with the information from the model.
Please follow the steps below
1. Shut down Advance Steel
2. Go to C/ProgramData/Autodesk/AdvanceSteel(Version)/Build - my example is AdvanceSteel2020/GRB
3. Right click on that folder
4. Go to the Security tab and click edit
5. For all Groups / Users except "Creator Owner" make sure Full Control and Modify are ticked
6. Go back to folder Properties and finally make sure the Read only is Unticked
7. Re-open Advance Steel
8. Try force updating the drawing through the Document Manager
9. Open the Drawing and from the Label and Dimensions tab click Update BOMs

So having a quick look at your BOM the Group names do not macth what they should be
If you have a look at the FAQ below you will see the names that the Groups should be are listed below.
Ive done a very quick test and changing the names does get results in your BOM, i would advise you look at the group names of one of the as installed BOMs and copy what is there
