Hello,

Does anyone knows how to add ID column to my Single part list?

Please see attached screenshots id.jpgbom.jpg

I think this Id is not representable in the BOM list. But what work is the Element ID, this is a field content ind the BOM list. To see in the model area, you had to activate a presetting called:

Display beams, plates and joint user ID in the dialog

Then you could see the ID in the Advance property dialog.

The ID which you show us, was necessary in the past, to search for the objects, because you could not double click in the dialog box.

It doesn't work. Element ID shows some unique number which is useless.

All I want it's numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ... to know how many different SP parts I have in my project.

do you read my post?
The ID which you want to see is not representable.

But you could get your result by using a formula. You could create a field, with a formula and made the following formula:
1.jpg
IQuantitiy/IQuantitiy--> this should always be "1", so in every row, there a field with the content "1" ,you could set this field to not shown:

2.jpg
now should summarize your formula like this:

knowledge

Now you get a summarized result of you formula and this should be the quantitiy of different singleparts.
Your question in the first post didn't show what you want get.
