Called ‘PLT150’ in the header (but 150 is not the thickness), and then called PLT150x10 for the actual part, but the width says 10 (which should really be the thickness..?) Please Advise

Hi,

I have never known it get the thickness wrong. Please check the plate in your model and check the thickness value in Advance Properties. For length and width it does feel fairly random which one one it take for the name of the plate but the thickness is normally reliable. The other plates are listed correctly so it strongly suggests that these plates have been modelled strangely with the values in the wrong property boxes.  To get plates that are vertical or in another orientation do not swap the values to other boxes but change your UCS so that the XY plane is in the direction required.
