BLOCK INFORMATON MISSING

Afternoon all,

Looking for a bit of help with the project information on my general assembly's. Whenever I fill out the project info in the 3D model, it doesn't transfer to the GA's, but if I open the block up to see the attributes it shows the info, just doesn't display it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

pic attached.

Thanks

@stevenD3ZZG

After modifying the project settings, update defaults:

and then Update Page Header

If the used prototype is OK, then it should work.

If it is made of steel, I can model it and detail it.

looks like block in block...maybe the hypersteelapageheader is integrated in the hypersteelpageframe?

I would open the prototype, explode the blockes and recreate them (Hypersteelpageheader + Hypersteelpageframe)

I've tried updating the defaults, and the page header, it didn't seem to do anything.

Sebastian, it's the same block used throughout the company, and it works everywhere else. Not sure why that would be?

Thanks guys

only on your pc? if the model is open on another pc the page header could be updated?

Yeah that's right. All others can update automatically with project info. It's just me that can't, although as seen in the picture I posted, the information is there, it just doesn't show on screen or print.

maybe a graphic issue? could you please deactivate the hardware acceleration?

Done that now, it made no difference I'm afraid.

Check your prototype.  You may have a layer turned off.

I'm having the same issue with them. I have just managed to change all the text settings for each attribute and they are now appearing as they should, but the prompts don't appear with them. I will attach a picture to help explain what I mean.
