Bevel on Round Bar

Does this happen to everyone who bevels round bars? Anything I can do different to clean this up?

What version and profile you're using? This is definitely not correct, could you maybe upload the dwg with the profile and processing?

I am using AS 2019. Test file attached. Could it be the FACETRES value I'm using?

this really belongs to the default: minimum facets for full circle body approximation:

I tried 50 and get your result, I set 8 and it works. So I made some tests, the values which are not working: 48,49,50,51..I'm not sure why 😃 
What value do you use?

I was using 50. 40 seems to be the magic number. Thanks!!
