ASSEMBLY

I have 2 columns connected by a beam. The connections are moment welded. The assembly drawing is now both columns and the beam is one assembly. This is a mess to read. How would I get this back to 3 assembly's? I assume its the moment connections that did this. Stumped!

You likely have a weld that is using parts from both columns. Save your drawing, then try removing welds one at a time until the columns are individuals.

If it's not the welds, try looking at bolts and make sure that they are set to be installed in field.

Also, +1 for naming your picture, "beam ass.jpg"

Use Display connection means to identify what welds and bolts connect each item.

Great....I looked right past that, thanks.

OKAY......I went to audit my model I get a " ords are not up to date". Cleaning is recommended. What is an ords? If I knew they will get cleaned.
