Assembly within Assembly

 

HI

 

1- How do I create Assembly in AS?

 

2-Is an Assembly integrated is selectable? if , yes. How?

 

3-How should the Assembly within Assembly created??

my suggestion would be to use the joint boxes. you can create a view of the joint box using the quickviews panel on the tool pallete and place them into an assembly drawing you've already created. or you can open the assembly drawing and look at the ribbon on top, click the "Labels and Dimensions" look at the "Parametric Views" tab and look for a button that resembles a triangle with two yellow arrows pointing towards it. Once you find that button, click it and create cut sections of you assembly for more informative fabrication & erection views. 

 

If this didnt help you, i can make a screen shot mock up tutorial for you a little bit later on today!
