AS2018 Callouts

I can't seem to find the new callouts feature per instructions found here.. http://help.autodesk.com/view/ADSTPR/2018/ENU/?guid=GUID-3D942FF1-2C80-4EF8-B2C3-9E0F17274BDB  

Does anyone happen to know how to fix?

Maybe try a repair? Something is not right

Is it possible that the migration from 2017 screwed toolbars?

Repairing fixed the missing features. When I click to migrate from a previous AS release an error pops up stating I need ACAD2000 or greater then nothing happens. When I go to import ACAD settings from the migration tools it asks for a zip file. AS2017 doesn't have an option that I see to create a zip file.

What to do now?

Use the 'Advance Steel 2018 - Migrate Content' rather than Migrate from Previous Release
