AS to DWG Trueview Compatibility

Morning All,

I have just sent a model DWG to our engineer to review, he has DWG Trueview 2018 and is saying that he cannot see anything?

Is there any issues with these?

What AS version do you use? 
it should work if the other one install the object enabler, for example for the version 2019: ADesk

I use AS2020, He has Trueview2018 but says when he opens my drawing he only sees a few lines.

Will give the object enabler a go.

Yes this is right, Advance Steel dwg contains ProxyElements.
If you use 2020, he will need the object Enabler for this version: 2020
