I don't understand why (Advance Steel) has created a community Forum when Advance Steel has not come up with a solution. Users keep arguing with each other. I have shared my problem many times but no perfect solution has been found. Advance Steel is kindly requested to resolve the issues.

What? this was your first post...so what do you mean, there're no solutions?
In general a forum for users to help each other...it's not a product support forum from the software developer.
If you have a problem which should be solved, you have many ways:

• use this forum
• ask your reseller (if he offers support)
• contact directly Autodesk if you have support

It's always the same in all categories of life: you get what you pay for. 
If you create a threat in a forum, there's no rule for other people, that they had to help you...it their decision.

But maybe you show us your problems with forum links, so we could maybe have a look for it.

I have completed all drawing but not show special part in some drawing views like top and bottom view. after changing drawing style I created new drawing, showing special part in all view but i want to show in already completed drawings.

sounds like you create a detail of selected elements...so if you use a selection, it could  not be change afterwards. for this the cameras could be used much better.

the question is: which detail style do you use?Do you create the cut view manual or is it an automatic cut view?
If you recreate the detail all is working? So what is the problem to delete the old one?

I use manual section cut not automatic and its my client requirement showing special part in all view like top section and bottom section like blow

It looks like AS does not want to bring in the special part after the drawing has been created, but I assume that it comes in OK on newly created drawings?

I have had similar issues before.  You have a few options:

1. Add a note to the drawing calling off / noting special part.

2. Draw special part detail in 2D CAD and overlay onto drawing.

3. Re-create the drawing.

AS has many issues like this.  We all just have to try to work around them.

by doing manual cut views, you could use the "setting" option to define the detail style. Maybe you use one which didn't show it. This is important for doing correct cut views. 

To change the cut view detail is not possible in every situation, but you could try to open the dwg, open the DSM, select the detail style and then the "use" button and try to overwrite the cut view.

I used Split Bolt group and But I want them to be converted back to a group . Is there a solution?

why is this not a solution? 
You created details and want to add objects. If this would update automatic, just think about you use this detail style in other project (where you don't want see the special parts). 
What should Advance Steel do in this case? Update the details as in the other project or not update them because it's another project?
Advance Steel is software which could just do, what the user decided to do. So if the user did something,this will be done by the software. 

to your additional question: no it's not possible to convert an exploded boltpattern back. 
also here the question: by creating a bolt pattern, you create a size of a bolt pattern with edge distances, this could not be recreated. So I think there's an idea in the forum for it to create a bolt pattern, but for my point of view this is only possible to create it with edge distance= 0.
But up to now: not possible

I search on advance forum, bolt make group after split. But not found can you tell me another solution

as I wrote, to create a bolt group after splitting it is not possible.

The solution is not to split them in the first place if you need them to be grouped.

it is not possible, from a logical point of view ... the future group does not know what geometric properties it should have

your right, but I want to place hole for bolt in different space in series. If I do not split group then is it possible. I attached pic for understanding
