I have seen this before.
In my case the license activation window was hidden behind the main AutoCAD window. If this is your case also, then try using ALT+Tab to switch windows and it should show you the license activation window to login and re-authorize your instance of Advanced Steel. Maybe?
I have also seen this when the databases in Advanced Steel are corrupted. The only fix for that scenario I have been able to get to work, is to uninstall and reinstall. I hope it doesn't resort to that for you.
I might suggest that you create a support ticket with Autodesk.
This case seems to be a installing issue.
- No messages were displayed?
- Installation was succesful?
- Old installation that are causing a conflict?
Rename the old folder (Advance Steel 20XX to Advance Steel 20XX_OLD) and re-install everyting from zero
- Marque "Aceitar como Solução", caso tenha resolvido seu problema.
- Select "Accept as Solution", if it has soplved the problem.
- Clique em "Curtir" se a resposta ajudou.
- Click on "like" if the answer helped.
