Advance Steel 2020 ribbons missing

Hi,

a few days ago I lost my Advance Steel 2020 Ribbons.  I had IT uninstall and then reinstall Advance Steel 2020 again but I am still missing the ribbons. I have looked at the options tabs under Files and Profiles and everything seems to be tracking to the right locations. I have, under Menuload, unloaded and then reloaded the acad.cuix under "Autodesk\Advance Steel 2020\R23.1\enu\Support". It just reverts to the screen below. I'm at a loss at what to do to get the ribbons back.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.Missing Advance Steel Ribbon.jpg.

Might sound stupid but have you checked the workspace switching?

If this is set to automatically save any changes AS will always start with the default.

Try to restore or reset the CUI file, basically advance steel has it own, you can see it by typing CUI at the command line.

try to follow the faq, but do it with the CUI for advance steel.

also a bit drastic, if I recall under the start menu in windows, look for advance steel and correct version, think there is a restore to defaults , this will reset the AS back to default.

not at my pc to check this.

so under the Advance steel,  this should restore all the settings to the default of AS

you should see this pop up and then it is your choice as to what to do over the resetting of the AS.
