added the lookups in the prototype: Recover files now constant

Hello All,

I am facing a recovery file issue for a few months. I can't recover files anyway. Can you please check and let me know the solution? 

FYI, I am facing a corrupt file issue on Plant 3d as well. Problem is not on one system.

What should we do?

If you have it on different systems..is the save path everytime the same?

Do you have the same issues while saving on another path?

Are there any bugs in the software?
FYI, we added the lookups in the prototype, after that we are facing issues. Showing the recover option but not getting recovered.

No there are no bugs belonging to this issue as I know. 

Do you have a look in other forum to this issue? it sounds a bit like an AutoCAD issue
